Singl-end is a café and bakehouse, tucked away on Renfrew Street, a stone’s throw from Glasgow School of Art. As soon as you open its door you are delightfully met with a wonderful array of cakes and breads.
Look further and you soon see the bursts of colour from the fabulous selection of seasonal vegetables and handmade dishes screaming out of its clear fridges.
In their own words the team at Singl-end love to make really tasty and beautiful food, and are always sharing and learning new recipes.
Using authentic, seasonal, fresh ingredients while preparing everything from scratch to say they have a passion for food would be an understatement.
Sample dishes include eggs oven baked in a casserole of homemade pork and fennel sausage with cannellini, warm sandwich of home-baked honey roast ham topped with gruyere cheese and peach chutney to beetroot and hazelnut cake.
A wide selection of clean eating, gluten and dairy free dishes also available.
